Refund and Returns Policy

OVERVIEW

The Arno Carstens Store has a 30-day return and exchange policy with regards to clothing items only (t-shirts), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at carstens.mel@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, please note that you will have to cover transport and delivery charges personally. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that additional charges may apply for the exchanged item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please note that all merchandise is quality checked prior to being sent out for delivery, The Arno Carstens Store is not liable for any damages or wear and tear accrued during transport and delivery.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such fine art original oils, prints, collages or lyric prints, including special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS:

Due to the nature of the retail items on The Arno Carstens Store, we unfortunately do not offer refunds for any purchased items.
